    Reflect on your strengths and celebrate what makes you unique. When you feel proud of these qualities, you build the confidence to pursue even greater things.

    Dive into what authenticity means for you. Consider how you feel when you’re truly yourself and explore how you can bring more of this authenticity into your daily life.
  • What fears or doubts have I been carrying, and where might they have come from?
    Acknowledging fears and doubts doesn’t make you weaker; it makes you brave. Think about where these feelings began and whether they still serve you.

2. Identifying Dreams & Desires

Connecting with your dreams and desires is crucial in shaping the life you want. By exploring what truly matters to you, you start to see the steps you can take to bring those desires into reality.
